About $115 a day to get 50 leads a month.

Work backwards from your goal. Divide the leads you want by your conversion rate to get the clicks you need, then multiply by your cost per click. For 50 leads a month at a 5% conversion rate you need 1,000 clicks, and at $3.50 a click that's a $3,500 monthly budget, about $115 a day.
The Google Ads budget formula.
How to calculate the clicks, budget and cost per lead you need. No black box.
01
Clicks needed
leads ÷ conversion rateIf 5 in every 100 visitors become a lead, 50 leads takes 1,000 clicks.
02
Monthly budget
clicks × cost per clickDivide by 30.4 for your daily budget, which is the number you actually set in Google Ads.
03
Cost per lead
cost per click ÷ conversion rateThe fastest ways to lower it are a better landing page and cutting search terms that never convert.

Good questions.
The things people ask us most about Google Ads budgets.
How much should I spend on Google Ads per month?
It depends on what a click and a customer are worth in your market. WordStream's 2025 benchmarks put the average Google Ads cost per lead at $70.11, with CPCs rising in 87% of industries. Use the calculator with your own numbers to see what your goal will cost.
Does this work as a PPC calculator for other platforms?
Yes. The maths is the same for any pay-per-click platform, including Microsoft Ads. Just use that platform's cost per click and conversion rate.
Where do I find my cost per click?
If you already run ads, it's in your Google Ads account. If you're starting out, Google Keyword Planner (free inside Google Ads) shows the typical bid range for each keyword you want to show up for.
What if I don't know my conversion rate?
Check Google Ads or GA4 for past campaigns. With no data yet, start with a cautious guess, run ads for a few weeks, then come back and update the number.
Is there a minimum budget?
There's no fixed minimum, but very small budgets take longer to give clear data. We'll recommend a starting budget on your free call based on your market and goals.
Does this include management fees?
No. This is ad spend only, which Google bills to you directly. Hello Bleu's management of Google and Meta ads is a separate $999 a month.
